Club Regulations

Section 1: General Provisions


Article 1 - Club Name: The name of the club is "213 Technic".
Article 2 - Club Purpose: 213 Technic aims to develop students' technical knowledge and skills, work on aviation projects, participate in national and international competitions and produce projects in this field.
Article 3 - Club Mission: Our club aims to contribute to the personal and professional development of students by providing them with technical knowledge and experience. It also aims to develop teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Section 2: Membership


Article 4 - Membership Requirements: Students who want to become members of the club must be full-time students of our school. Each student who applies for membership is deemed to have accepted the club bylaws.
Article 5 - Membership Application: Membership applications are made by filling out a form sent to the club's e-mail address. Applications are evaluated together by the board of directors and the advisor teacher.
Article 6 - Membership Fees: Membership to the club is free of charge. No fee will be charged from members.

Section 3: Management and Organization


Article 7 - Board of Directors: The club's board of directors consists of a founder and two managers.
Article 8 - Duties and Authorities: Founder: Represents the club, manages the meetings and is responsible for the general operation of the club. Managers: Undertakes the founder's duties in his/her absence and coordinates club projects.
Article 9 - Advisor Teacher: The club is supervised and guided by an advisor teacher. The advisor teacher provides consultancy in the club's activities.

Section 4: Meetings and Events


Article 10 - Meetings: The club holds regular monthly meetings. Meeting dates and agendas are determined by the board of directors and shared with the members.
Article 11 - Events and Projects: The club organizes various events and projects throughout the year. These events include seminars, workshops, competitions and field studies.
Article 12 - Decision Making Process: Club decisions are made by majority vote with the participation of the board of directors and members.

Section 5: Financial Affairs


Article 13 - Income Sources: The club's income sources are donations, sponsors and income from organized events.
Article 14 - Budget and Expenditures: The club's annual budget is prepared by the board of directors and submitted to the approval of the members. Expenditures are made with the approval of the board of directors.

Section 6: Bylaw Amendments


15 - Bylaw Amendments: Bylaw amendments are made with the participation of the board of directors and members. Proposals for amendments must be notified to the members at least one week before the meeting.

Section 7: Termination of the Club


Article 16 - Termination of the Club: The club may be terminated by unanimous vote of the board of directors and members. In the event of termination, the club's assets are transferred to the school administration.
